Porcellino Artisanal Meats, LLC (“Porcellino,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) ships perishable food products and requires accurate shipping information and timely delivery coordination by the customer. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Porcellino ships to valid physical addresses only.
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Customers must provide a complete and accurate physical shipping address at checkout. Orders submitted with incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses may be delayed, returned, or discarded by the carrier and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided.
ORDER FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped on Monday and Wednesday mornings, excluding holidays.
Orders placed outside of these fulfillment windows may ship on the next scheduled shipping day. Fulfillment schedules are subject to change due to holidays, inventory availability, or operational considerations.
SHIPPING METHOD AND TRANSIT TIME
Orders are shipped via FedEx using a two business day shipping service, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Porcellino does not guarantee delivery dates or transit times and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
RISK OF LOSS AND DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is tendered to the carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information, ensure someone is available to receive the shipment, and promptly retrieve perishable products upon delivery. Porcellino is not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed receipt or improper handling after delivery.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
Customers will receive an email confirming their order and a separate email notification when the order has shipped.
If a shipping confirmation email is not received, customers should check spam or junk folders. Failure to receive email notifications does not affect the validity of shipment, delivery, or this Shipping Policy.
POLICY UPDATES
Porcellino reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site and apply to orders placed after the update.
